Lovely clean modern hotel

Room was very modern, comfortable and clean, The breakfast was buffet style but still good quality and the staff were lovely. The wifi was also shockingly quick which was a pleasant surprise.

Lovely rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Generously proportioned and well equipped. Staff helpful and efficient. Great location if you're doing anything at the conference centre as its a 2 minute walk away (basically next door). Bar is very expensive!

Good customer service even at a very busy weekend.

Our daughter got married at the walled garden and so we chose to stay nearby the night before and the night of the wedding. The orchard hotel put by 25crooms for us at a good rate. They did however forget take a note of one of the rooms needed patio doors for a dog to be able to get put quickly. The staff were able to overcome this on the second night, but it was an oversight never the less. We also booked the executive suite for the wedding party to get ready in. Nigel was fantastic and made sure we had all we needed, including breakfast items, tea and coffee. He provided his mobile number to use if needed. The wedding was fantastic and the staff at the orchard hotel went a long way to making the day run smoothly.
