Online check-in FAQ's
You will automatically receive and email or a WhatsApp message along with your confirmation email. Fill in the quick pre-registration form via the link and follow the instructions to confirm your contactless check-in.
A day before your arrival, you will receive a message to download the Flexipass mobile app. You will then receive a code in a separate message on the day of arrival to activate your card on your mobile.
Your personal details will be automatically filled from your booking details. However, you will be asked to confirm your billing address, email address and add your car registration (if applicable). It’s a really quick and easy process.
Our team are still here to help. For most guests, online check-in allows you to skip the front desk and go straight to your room. If you prefer the more traditional method, our team are still here to help check you in once you arrive.
