Our Campus Venues team are experts in helping you organise your next summer school or youth event. We have low budget student halls that can be used for your next summer event.

Small meetings or training days

We have over 20 meeting rooms across our venues that hold anything from as little as two people to 140. With lots of room layouts to choose from; boardroom, theatre, classroom, cabaret, etc.

Team building & away days

Get your team out of the office and bring them to a new environment. We have lots of rooms to choose from to host your next team building activity or away day. We work with trusted suppliers that can provide games and activities for your team get-together.

Conference Spaces

We have a range of conference rooms from a large seated Conference theatre located in the East Midlands Conference Centre to smaller lecture theatres in the teaching buildings. The choice of size, building and facilities is yours.

Meeting Spaces

Our meeting rooms come in all shapes and sizes. We have four meeting rooms in the Orchard Hotel, over 18 at The Jubilee and a large selection of meeting spaces in our campus buildings, not to mention the East Midlands Conference Centre that has 11 meeting spaces.

Event Spaces

Need to host an awards dinner, exhibition, summer school, conference or team away day? We have it covered and so much more.

Celebrations & Occasions

Take your celebration outside of the city centre to a remote green campus. We host weddings in our conference centre & Trent Building, birthday and christening celebrations in the Orchard and private dinners. Our events team will help organise and customise your special day!

The East Midlands Conference Centre

The East Midlands Conference Centre is the ideal place for conferences, exhibitions, team building and meetings. With a total of 16 event and meeting spaces, our conference centre offers state-of-the-art facilities.

The Jubilee Hotel & Conferences

A unique setting for business events and overnight stays. Close to the centre of Nottingham, The Jubilee has 100 bedrooms, a large restaurant, an auditorium and 18 versatile event spaces.

The Orchard Hotel & Restaurant

The Orchard Hotel & restaurant was built with sustainability in mind, located right next to the East Midlands Conference Centre. Features 202 bedrooms, meeting rooms, Bramleys Brasserie and a range of outdoor spaces.

Campus Venues

Our three campus locations provide an unrivalled choice of venues and facilities, with spaces ranging from modern tiered lecture theatres and teaching laboratories, to meeting rooms, breakout spaces and exhibition halls.
