Parking is straightforward, boasting 8 electric charging points. For EV charging just scan the Monta QR code.

GYM access
The Orchard Hotel has a small well equipped gym on the ground floor. For those keen on fitness, complimentary access to the David Ross gym is available (please see further down for more details).

Travelling with a baby? No problem, please request a cot at the time of booking.

Just like most hotels, we have dry cleaning and laundry service available on request.
David Ross gym facilities
Hotel guests may use the gym and swimming pool facilities at David Ross, free of charge. No pre-booking is required to use the fitness suites or pool. Please head to the reception desk at David Ross where their friendly team will be able to assist you. Please make sure you bring a smartphone and hotel room key to register attendance at reception.
The David Ross Sports Village is open from 6:30am-10:30pm seven days a week and 8:15am-16:00pm on bank holidays. For further information please see here.
If you would like to secure your valuables whilst using the fitness suite, please bring a padlock to use the lockers or these can be purchased for £6 at the David Ross reception desk.
The swimming pool is a 25-metre pool, mostly used for competitions (no flumes or slides), with a temperature of 27.5 degrees which is slightly cooler than most pools due to the competitive nature of the swimmers who use the pool. The pool is therefore not suitable for young families or those under the age of 5 years old. Hotel guests are unable to book a swim session in advanced, should there be availability on arrival, the reception team will happily book you onto an available session. If you are looking to use other facilities within the David Ross Sports Village, you will need to create an account before you arrive, and book and pay for any activities they may wish to use. You can create an account here.

The price per person, per activity will be £6.50 off peak (6:30am-3pm) and £7.50 during peak times (3pm-11pm).
The Signature Suite
Located on the top floor with views of the city campus, our suite is the perfect space for a lavish stay in Nottingham. This suite has a large king size bed and a spacious seating area, providing more room to relax during your stay. A large terrace for entertainment in the evening with friends and the option for private dining or just to simply kick back and relax in the fresh air.
Our Signature Suite includes:
- A large bathroom with walk in shower and a bath
- King size bed and coffee machine
- Living space with sperate toilet for guests, sofa bed and TV
- Private terrace space for entertaining and dining al fresco
