The event went really well and ran so smoothly. Everything was set up for us when I arrived on Monday midday and I can’t praise Ding enough, she was wonderful!  Always around and really accommodating, as were the rest of her team.

The venue received great feedback from delegates and the food was a really good balance of healthy/tasty food. The ops team ensured the space was always clean and tidy and were always around to deal with any furniture moves etc. There were practically no queues at lunch so that was managed perfectly.

The hotel front desk staff were also really helpful. There seemed to be a few names on our list, missing on their system but it was quickly rectified. 

We were really pleased with the stage set in the room and the digital signage was really effective.

The staff were very helpful, food was excellent both at lunch (catered for all dietary requirements) and for our private dinner. Brailsford is a super conference room. IT set up all worked well
