The Deputy Head of Conference and Banqueting Operations plays a key role in supporting the overall management and success of the Conference and Banqueting (C&B) department. In close collaboration with the Head of C&B Operations and the General Manager, the Deputy Head ensures that service standards, operational performance, and employee motivation are consistently maintained and improved.
This Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor role is for a day shift between 6:30-3:30, covering breakfast and lunch at Bramleys Restaurant. As Food and Beverage Supervisor you’ll oversee the smooth running of the food and beverage service and team, always ensuring our guests have a great experience. You’ll be focused on the presentation of your bar, restaurant and conference spaces, ensuring they’re clean and tidy, as you’ll just have a natural sense of pride in your work. The journey of our guests is incredibly important, so you’ll be naturally customer-led, whilst working to maximise performance of the department through up-selling and service standards.
Our restaurants, bars and conference centres are engaging and fun places to work, being a central part to our guest’s overall hotel experience. Working closely with the Hotel Leadership Team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the department, focusing on delivering fantastic service to our guest’s time and time again.
You’ll also be responsible for checking duty management, reviewing, and monitoring cash floats, stock levels and ensuring equipment is well maintained.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

The main focus of this role will be to provide a courteous, efficient and friendly service to all hotel guests by supplying the highest possible levels of customer care, whilst supporting the Front of House Manager and Front of House Team.
You’ll be fully conversant with the business facilities and local amenities to be able to respond to guest enquiries and work to anticipate their needs wherever possible to consistently deliver exceptional quality of service and in turn, guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous supervisory experience in a guest facing role within the hospitality industry and the ability to become a brand advocate for the business. You will have a minimum of a years’ experience within housekeeping, the ability to work under pressure and have a positive, flexible attitude to work.
