You’ll maintain an optimum and exceptional level of customer care and service to both internal and external customers, whilst staying fully conversant with the hotel, the company product and facilities.
You’ll deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner, the objective being to resolve the complaint prior to departure. As a Head Server – Bar, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, delivering wonderful dining experience, and contributing to our ambition of setting new standards in hospitality within the vibrant city of Nottingham.
As the Sales & Events Manager-Campus Venues, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, commercially driven, and service-focused operation of the Campus Venues Team. This includes maximising revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales and planning team.
You will support the Director of Meetings & Events by leading diary management, driving sales conversion, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against company standards, business strategies, and Nottingham Venues’ values.
As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within the MICE sector by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships, and converting high‑value leads. This role blends proactive sales, relationship management, and strong market insight to position our brand as a preferred partner for meetings, events, conferences, and incentive travel.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for proactively generating sales and driving new business across all Nottingham Venues properties.
