Reporting to the Director of HR, as a hands-on Learning and Development (L&D) Manager, you will play a critical role in developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees within our organisation.
Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering effective learning interventions, programs, and initiatives that align with the organisation’s goals and support the growth and development of its employees.
We are seeking vibrant and hospitable Head Server to join our team on a permanent basis at Bramleys, an iconic establishment soon to undergo a refurbishment program to become the leading bar and restaurant in Nottingham. As a Head Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, delivering wonderful dining experience, and contributing to our ambition of setting new standards in hospitality within the vibrant city of Nottingham.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
We want to hear from inspired chefs who love creating amazing food from the best ingredients, have a keen eye for detail and high standards but with bags of flair and creativity.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor you’ll oversee the smooth running of the food and beverage service and team, always ensuring our guests have a great experience. You’ll be focused on the presentation of your bar, restaurant and conference spaces, ensuring they’re clean and tidy, as you’ll just have a natural sense of pride in your work. The journey of our guests is incredibly important, so you’ll be naturally customer-led, whilst working to maximise performance of the department through up-selling and service standards.
