Are you passionate about leading a busy kitchen team and ensuring every dish meets top quality? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on kitchen leader to join our crew!
You will help the Head Chef keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure everything’s up to standard so guests have a great experience. Be ready to work weekends, holidays, or odd hours sometimes—don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads-up when we can!
We are seeking vibrant and hospitable Chef De Rang to join our team at Bramleys, an iconic establishment soon to undergo a refurbishment program to become the leading bar and restaurant in Nottingham. As a Chef De Rang, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, delivering wonderful dining experience, and contributing to our ambition of setting new standards in hospitality within the vibrant city of Nottingham.

Main purpose of the role:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through creative drinks, fantastic service, and genuine hospitality
- Craft and innovate create cocktails, mocktails and signature drinks that inspire and delight
- Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge and menu innovation; helping to position Bramleys Bar as a true destination for guests and locals alike
- Champion quality, consistency and speed in every serve
- Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to create an exciting and vibrant bar atmosphere
- Always maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and bar presentation
Our Food and Beverage offering is an integral part of our guest’s experience. Exceptional customer service, an intuitive approach with customers and an eye for details is therefore a must.
Reporting to Food & Beverage Management Team, you will assist the Conferencing as well as Restaurant and Bar team in the effective and efficient operation of the Bar areas, maintaining the agreed high standards of performance, helping to create memorable guest experiences.
You will be customer focused, have a strong technical aptitude, and have a minimum of a years’ experience working in a similar role.
You will be a good communicator, have an eye for detail and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will be a team player, have a willingness to learn and be able to work effectively with people across all departments of the business.
Due to the nature of the business, you must be willing to work at weekends as well as being available for both early starts and late finishes when we have large events.
