As the Bramleys Restaurant Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards.
As Finance Assistant, you will carry out a wide and interesting variety of accounts work. The role involves daily cash handling duties, daily audits, month end procedures such as GP monitoring & stocktake support and other ad hoc tasks as and when required. This is a broad and diverse role offering a fantastic opportunity to learn in an evolving environment, whilst supporting the purchase ledger and sales ledger team within the office.
You will be responsible for handling new event enquiries, maximising and converting opportunities for our properties which will include creating proposals, conducting client site-visits and ensuring great customer service within brand guidelines. Liaise directly with Nottingham Venue clients and assist in the planning, design and success of high-profile events such as conferences, exhibitions, award dinners and weddings. Maintaining exceptional working relationships with conference clients, guests, internal departments, and key stakeholders of the business. The opportunity to build own portfolio of clients and events under the general guidance of the Director of Sales.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor you’ll oversee the smooth running of the food and beverage service and team, always ensuring our guests have a great experience. You’ll be focused on the presentation of your bar, restaurant and conference spaces, ensuring they’re clean and tidy, as you’ll just have a natural sense of pride in your work. The journey of our guests is incredibly important, so you’ll be naturally customer-led, whilst working to maximise performance of the department through up-selling and service standards.
