We are seeking a vibrant and hospitable Host to join our team at Bramleys, an iconic establishment that has recently undergone a refurbishment program to become the leading bar and restaurant in Nottingham. As a Lead Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests delivering wonderful dining experience and contributing to our ambition of setting new standards in hospitality within the vibrant city of Nottingham.
To support the smooth preparation, presentation, and service of refreshments and light catering within our brand-new Deli, with a focus on high standards of hygiene and excellent customer service. You’ll play an important part in delivering food and beverage services to our customers
You will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold refreshments and light snacks, ensuring all food is presented to high standards and complies with hygiene and safety regulations.
You’ll maintain an optimum and exceptional level of customer care and service to both internal and external customers, whilst staying fully conversant with the hotel, the company product and facilities.
You’ll deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner, the objective being to resolve the complaint prior to departure. You’ll also carry out regular check / patrols around all areas of the building, taking appropriate action to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety and general appearance are maintained.
