​Bramleys Restaurant at the Orchard Hotel is undergoing a £1 million transformation, set to unveil a modern and inviting dining experience in April 2025. This extensive refurbishment encompasses the lobby, mezzanine, bar area, and the restaurant itself, creating a stylish space ideal for coffee, drinks, and dining.

A menu that speaks for itself 

A significant highlight of this revamp is the appointment of David Cartwright as Head Chef. Formerly leading the kitchen at Nottingham’s esteemed fine dining establishment, World Service, Cartwright brings a wealth of culinary expertise to Bramleys. His vision focuses on sustainable sourcing and showcasing high-quality, locally sourced produce to craft memorable dishes

Our iconic bar 

The bar area is also being enhanced, with a newly appointed Bar Manager introducing an expanded cocktail menu. Guests can look forward to a selection of small plates and casual dining options available throughout the day, catering to various tastes and occasions.
