Frequently asked questions about festival accommodation
It’s best to book at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for major events like Splendour Festival 2025 or Dot to Dot, as hotels fill up quickly.
When staying during a festival, you’ll want the basics covered, a comfortable bed, private or shared bathroom, hot shower, and access to food and drink. At Nottingham Venues, we offer all of that and more, including on-site dining, 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, and peaceful green spaces to unwind between festival days.
Yes! Free on-site parking is available for guests staying at both the Orchard Hotel and Jubilee Hotel, as well as our university halls. It’s first-come, first-served, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, only registered visitors are permitted access to rooms. If your friends would like to stay too, we recommend they book their own room, we’ve got plenty of options, and group bookings are welcome!
We understand plans can change. If Splendour Festival 2025 is officially cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll do our best to offer flexible options, which may include a full or partial refund or date changes (subject to availability). Please check the full terms and conditions at the time of booking for our most up-to-date policy.
