At Nottingham Venues, you’ll be spoilt for choice with our extensive range of meeting rooms spread across tree properties. Each room has comfortable seating, is bathed in natural light, comes equipped with all the necessary technology and boasts a diverse lunch menu. Whether you need a space for a smaller group or a larger assembly, we can adjust it to suit your requirements. 

Our friendly sales & events team is always on hand to help you with the booking and organisation of your chosen room. Plus, all our venues are easily accessible via public transport links, connecting seamlessly to Nottingham city centre and the airport. And yes, we offer free onsite parking for your convenience. 

Flexible meeting rooms in Nottingham

We have 24 flexible meeting rooms located on the University of Nottingham campuses. Our meeting rooms are flexible with a choice of set-ups that can easily be adapted to your needs. 

Depending on your needs, we offer smaller spaces like the Russet, Gallery suite 3, and Raleigh room 2, and larger rooms such as Discovery room, Discovery room, East Atrium and Conference Suite 3. For in-depth details about room layouts and capacities, please visit each venue page
